The Amazing Pudding

Lip Service

Posted on: February 23, 2009

lips1Red has developed an interesting habit. He spends a lot of his time flapping/smacking his lips. By that I mean that he seems to be immitating adults talking, but no sound comes from his throat. It’s kinda amusing to watch. I suppose I shouldn’t be surprised that a child of mine is is odd. 😉

Anybody else experience this with their kids?

As a dad of nine I have seen this with each child. They so want to talk and communicate! My wife and I gesture often while talking, and our children soon followed. Fun to watch! Enjoy, brother.

Links? What links?

I can't keep up with blogroll maintenance any more so I've given up. Instead, below you'll find shared links from Google Reader and Delicious. If you read enough of them you should be able to figure out most of the parenting sites I frequent.
